Premium, Valet Parking, and Car Care

What info do I need for premium parking?

Premium parking works just like regular parking, but you must provide your vehicle’s license plate number. This information is verified during inspections of the premium parking spots.

Is valet service available?

Yes, Sky Valet service is available 24/7 at Terminals 3 and 4. The Terminal 3 valet drop-off is on the first level near the departure area, and the Terminal 4 valet is on Level 4 by the elevator bays.

Do I need to reserve a spot for valet service?

It is strongly recommended to book a reservation, especially during major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, as space is limited. Drive-up valet service is offered only when there is availability.

Do I have to pay the garage fee if I use valet service?

No, the valet charge includes the garage fee. Our service is only $9 more per 24 hours compared to the standard garage drive-up fee.

Can someone else pick up my car from the valet?

Yes, if you inform us ahead of time who will be picking up your car and when, we will make sure it is ready for them upon their arrival.

What if I’m flying back to a different terminal? Can my car be delivered there?

Yes. Valet service is now offered at both terminals. We can have your vehicle ready for you at either terminal, regardless of where you dropped it off.

Changes and Cancellations

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation up to one hour before your scheduled entry time at no cost. The easiest way to do this is by clicking the “Manage My Reservation” button on the website. Please include your booking reference number in all communications.

When you amend a reservation, you will be charged the full amount for the new booking, including a new $2 booking fee, and your original reservation will be automatically refunded, along with the initial $2 fee.

If you cancel your reservation, you will be refunded the full amount minus the non-refundable $2 booking fee. This fee is charged by the processing company and is non-refundable even if you cancel within the required timeframe.

Reservations made with loyalty points can be canceled but not amended. You can cancel the original reservation to have the points credited back to your account, then make a new booking with your points. The $2 booking fee is non-refundable.

What if I forget or lose my booking confirmation?

You can have your booking confirmation resent using the “Manage my Reservation” function. If you arrive without the QR code, simply take a ticket at the entry gate. When you exit, go to a cashier booth marked “OPEN” and inform the cashier that you have a reservation but pulled a ticket. Have your reservation information ready so the cashier can apply your prepaid amount to the ticket fee.

I came home early and didn’t use all of my reservation. Can I get a partial refund?

Please email avn.skyharborparking@phoenix.gov with your reservation details and the reason for the partial refund. A representative will review your request and, if valid, will process a partial refund.

My flight was delayed. Can I extend my reservation?

No, you cannot extend a reservation that is already in progress. Any extra fees for overstaying will be calculated when you exit. Simply go to a cashier booth marked “OPEN” for assistance.

How do I enter and exit a parking facility?

What happens if I enter earlier or exit later than my confirmed booking time?

If you try to enter more than two hours before your reservation time, the entry gate will not let you in. If you exit later than your confirmed booking time, you will be charged for the additional time at the posted rate upon exit.

What if I have trouble entering or exiting with my reservation?

Press the “Help” button on the entry or exit lane equipment to contact a customer service representative for immediate assistance.
