Arrival and Drop-off Procedures

Luggage Policy

Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy
The cancellation policy is strictly enforced: any reservation must be canceled before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation fee.
