Before leaving your car, you must check in at the hotel’s front desk. Please allow approximately 10 to 15 minutes for this essential process. You will need to present your parking confirmation and complete a quick registration form, so have your vehicle’s license plate number ready. Upon completion, you’ll receive a special hang tag to display on your rear-view mirror, and the staff will direct you to the appropriate parking zone.

- For Terminals 1, 2, and 3: The pick-up point is inside the Bus & Shuttle Center, Door 1. The shuttle arrives here every 30 minutes, at the quarter-hour (:15) and three-quarter-hour (:45) mark.
- For Terminal 5: The shuttle does not stop here automatically. You must call the hotel directly at 847-518-1234 to arrange for a pick-up.
