Arrival Information

Visit the Crowne Plaza MSP Airport Front Desk before parking. There, you’ll receive your parking permit and an information card. This card includes a 10% discount at AireCraft Grill, our on-site bar and restaurant.

Parking Instructions

Park on the top level of the parking ramp in spaces designated for “HOTEL PARKING.” Enter the ramp on the top level and follow the hallway to the guest elevators (located down the long hallway on the right).

Airport Transportation

The Crowne Plaza MSP Airport Parking shuttle operates from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily, serving TERMINAL 1 ONLY.

The hotel shuttle does not service Terminal 2.

To reach Terminal 2, utilize the Light Rail located just outside the hotel or take the shuttle to Terminal 1 and then transfer to the Light Rail for Terminal 2.

Please allow ample travel time as the shuttle can fill up quickly.
