When you arrive at our lot, a friendly SmartPark JFK team member will greet you, offer assistance with your luggage, and then direct you to a shuttle that will transport you to your specific terminal at JFK.

After a safe arrival at your terminal, the driver will assist with removing your luggage from the shuttle, allowing you to proceed directly to check-in.

Upon Return

Upon your return from your trip, please proceed to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage FIRST.
