Step 1: Drive directly to the 2nd Level of the parking structure to locate an available stall.
CRITICAL NOTE: Parking is strictly restricted to the 2nd Level. Vehicles found on the 1st Level are subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense.

Step 2: Have your digital or printed reservation confirmation ready to show your shuttle driver upon boarding.

24/7 Transfer Schedule and Requirements

Our shuttle fleet operates around the clock to keep you on schedule. Please note the following timing and fee structures:

• Complimentary Hours: Shuttle rides are free between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM.
• After-Hours Service: Between 9:31 PM and 9:59 AM, a flat $20.00 fee applies for each pickup. This must be pre-booked and paid via the operator’s official website.
• Departure Frequency: Shuttles depart the facility at the top of the hour and every 30 minutes thereafter.

Mandatory Action: You must call 214-494-1744 at least 30 minutes before your arrival to secure your seat on the shuttle.

Return Instructions: Getting Back to Your Car

Once you have landed and retrieved your bags from the carousel, head to the designated airport pickup zone. Call 214-494-1744 to alert our dispatch team of your return.

Wait Times: Our shuttles operate on a 30-minute demand-based cycle. If you land during the after-hours window (9:31 PM – 9:59 AM), please ensure your after-hours service was prepaid during your initial check-in process to avoid delays.
