CRITICAL NOTE: Parking is strictly restricted to the 2nd Level. Vehicles found on the 1st Level are subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense.

24/7 Transfer Schedule and Requirements
Our shuttle fleet operates around the clock to keep you on schedule. Please note the following timing and fee structures:
- Complimentary Hours: Shuttle rides are free between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM.
- After-Hours Service: Between 9:31 PM and 9:59 AM, a flat $20.00 fee applies for each pickup. This must be pre-booked and paid via the operator’s official website.
- Departure Frequency: Shuttles depart the facility at the top of the hour and every 30 minutes thereafter.
Mandatory Action: You must call 214-494-1744 at least 30 minutes before your arrival to secure your seat on the shuttle.
Return Instructions: Getting Back to Your Car
