Upon arriving at the Salvatores Grand Hotel, please proceed directly to the front desk. Present your reservation confirmation, either printed or on your mobile device, to the staff. You will be required to sign a brief parking waiver, and then you will receive a parking pass. It is essential that you display this pass clearly in your vehicle for the entire duration of your stay. Once this is completed, you are welcome to board the next available shuttle.
The complimentary shuttle runs 24/7 on demand. We ask that you contact the hotel to arrange for your initial departure service. When you return to Buffalo from your trip and have successfully collected all your luggage, simply call Salvatores Grand Hotel Parking at (716) 636-4900. This call will initiate the on-demand return shuttle service for pickup at the airport.
