Simply present your luggage at the BAGS lobby station to receive your boarding passes and luggage tags. Once checked in, proceed directly to your gate at Atlanta Airport. The Westin Atlanta Airport is the only airport hotel in Atlanta to provide this service, ensuring a relaxed and rejuvenating travel experience even after leaving our hotel. This service is available to passengers flying with AirTran, American, and Delta.
Important Note: Please be advised that vehicles exceeding 7 feet in height are not permitted at The Westin Atlanta Airport due to height restrictions.
Parking Information
- 24/7 Availability: The parking lot and your vehicle are accessible around the clock, every day of the week.
- Arrival: For ease of check-in, kindly have your passengers drop off your luggage at the front drive before parking. Upon entering the lot, please obtain a parking ticket. Retain the ticket with you at all times; do not leave it in your vehicle. Parking is permitted in any space not designated for “Valet.”
- Shuttle Service: Board the shuttle to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This offer is valid for one vehicle exit only. In/out parking privileges are not included.
- Vehicle Restrictions: No vehicles over 7 feet high are permitted due to height restrictions.

Airport Transportation
- Shuttle Schedule:
- Departure from Hotel: Every 30 minutes, at :00 and :30 of each hour.
- Pickup from Airport: Every 30 minutes, at :15 and :45 of each hour.
- International Terminal: Shuttle service to the international terminal is not provided. However, the airport offers an international shuttle connector. Please allow extra time and proceed to the domestic arrivals area for pickup.
