Arrival Process

When you arrive:

• Take a paper ticket and scan your reservation barcode at the entrance gate to enter.
• Follow signs to your chosen parking tier (Covered or Uncovered) and park anywhere within that section.
• For International Terminal parking, be sure to book “Covered” and park specifically in Rows R, S, V, or W. Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before you need to be at the terminal.

Shuttle Transfer

Shuttles run 24/7. Wait near your vehicle, and a shuttle will pick you up right at your parking spot. The driver will give you a locator slip to help you find your space upon return.

• Shuttles to the Domestic Terminal run every 4–9 minutes.
• Shuttles to the International Terminal run exclusively from Rows R, S, V, or W every 30 minutes (on the hour and half-hour).
• If you need a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please call 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready.

Return Pickup

All return shuttles from the airport operate on demand.

Domestic Terminal: After collecting your luggage, follow signs past baggage claim to the Ground Transportation Center and go to Space D3. For pickups between midnight and 7:00 AM, call (404) 767-8000 or text (312) 533-8796 with “Terminal domestic” and your number of passengers.

International Terminal: After collecting your luggage, head to the designated International ground transportation area and call (404) 767-8000 or text (312) 533-8796 with “Terminal international” and your passenger count to request a shuttle.

Exiting the Lot

When leaving, you can use the automated lanes or a manned cashier lane. Scan your reservation barcode at the exit gate to open the barrier. Please remember that PreFlight Airport Parking Atlanta is completely cashless. Any extra fees for stays longer than your reservation must be paid at the exit gate using a credit or debit card.
